Where can I get a serial key to play counter strike online? - serial keys for mountandblade
I bought the property from previous games. It included Counter-Strike: Condition Zero and Half Life 2 with Counter Strike Source.
Unfortunately, trying to play online, which says that the keys have the serial number with these games are already registered by the owner, this could happen. Said after contact with steam, there is nothing they can do.

The only safe way is to buy another copy, but a new one. Better yet, buy directly from the steam. The keys are locked in an account on the game folder with steam (it needs to be done, otherwise the game) will not be installed. Try a refund if possible, get =) too.
