I had my gallbladder removed, so I know that some of the pain that you talk too much and find out.

Basically you can not reduce your body fat as they are before the surgery. You MUST meals low in fat and to stay away from fatty meals. Maintaining a healthy eating routine, and the system will help the pain, but they must also realize that some of the extra weight you say you are losing too.

Walking and swimming are good forms of exercise and contribute to some of the stored fat in your body.

If you have all that and still in pain, then I suggest you go to your doctor and possibly be a doctor. Recently, I had not seen a sharp pain and my doctor in a hurry and it turned out that I herniated a disc and have a moreLSO ulcers.

I wish him all the best, the painf REE and a healthy weight.
